An online nutrition coach helps you build an eating pattern that fits your life, entirely through video, app and messages. No weekly drive to a practice, no waiting room. Same attention though: an intake, a plan made for you, and someone keeping an eye on how you put it into practice.
For women and men with a full schedule who want to lose weight or eat healthier, and are done with yet another temporary diet attempt. You don't need to already be organised, already know what works, or already have time set aside. All you need is a willingness to build something that slowly holds.
Every programme at Bloom Health follows the same structure. First the intake: we map out what your day actually looks like — your rhythm, your schedule, your eating pattern as it is now, not as it should be. From there we build a personal plan that takes your work, your family and the hours you get home exhausted into account, followed by practical guidance for groceries, meals and the moments it goes wrong. In weekly check-ins we look together at what worked and adjust before something becomes a habit you didn't want, and we keep adapting the plan as your life asks for it. The result isn't a number on a scale, but an eating pattern that holds up on your busiest days.
Lily is training to become a dietitian and works with current nutrition knowledge. Bloom Health offers nutrition coaching, not medical treatment. For complaints that need medical examination, Lily refers you to your GP.
Read the article “Nutrition coach or dietitian?”With Grow you speak to your coach every two weeks, with room for questions in between via message. That keeps the guidance close to your daily life, without it becoming a full-time job.
Fifteen minutes on a video or phone call about your situation and your question. You'll hear whether Lily is the right fit and which package suits you. No obligations afterwards.
At Bloom Health you pay for a programme, not for separate consults. Root is a one-off plan from €129, Grow is three months of guidance with biweekly coaching from €499. The packages page shows exactly what's included in each.
View the packagesNo. Bloom Health works without insurers, so there's no referral, waiting list or deductible involved. You know exactly what you'll pay upfront.
The packages are fixed 12-week programmes. If you really can't continue, get in touch with Lily — together you'll look at what's possible.
Yes, but not a schedule with exact grams for every hour of the day. You get a plan tuned to your rhythm, your preferences and the time you actually have to cook.
No. We work with rhythm, portion size and protein intake, not a counter you carry around in your pocket all day or a schedule you give up on after three weeks anyway. Counting calories isn't a requirement for making progress, and for most clients it simply doesn't stick long-term. We sometimes use it briefly, for a few days, purely to give you a feel for how big a portion actually is. After that you put the counter away and trust that feeling.
No, and that's exactly the point. A diet is temporary and ends in relapse. We build an eating pattern that lasts, even through parties, holidays or a busy week.
Yes. A good eating pattern survives a dinner out, a birthday or a weekend away. If your plan only works as long as you never eat anywhere else, it isn't a good plan.
Especially then. Online coaching means no travel time, no waiting room, and conversations that fit between your other appointments. The plan itself is also built around your schedule, not around some ideal of how much time you spend in the kitchen.
Yes — the guidance isn't tied to the physical space it happens in. What matters is the quality of the plan and how consistently you're in touch with your coach, and that's just as easy to organise online as at a desk.
Yes. Some clients come for more energy, a steadier rhythm, or grip on evening eating that's gotten out of hand. The plan is built around your goal, not automatically around a number on the scale.
That's part of it. One day that doesn't go to plan changes nothing about what you're building. We actually build in a safety net for exactly those days, so you never have to start from zero.
Read the article “Structure in your eating pattern, even with a busy life”Not after three days, and that's not a bad sign. The first change you'll usually notice is in your rhythm: fewer highs and lows, a steadier breakfast moment, fewer evenings where hunger catches you off guard. What roots slowly tends to stay standing longer.
