Losing weight without dieting

You'd love to lose weight, but you don't want to start another strict diet with a long list of forbidden foods. You don't want another stretch of counting calories, cutting out products, or following a meal plan that doesn't fit you at all. The weight may have come off, but as soon as you went back to eating more normally, old habits — and sometimes the kilos — slowly crept back in.
