Bloom Health is Lily’s online nutrition coaching practice, based in the Netherlands.

When you sign up through the form on this site, we collect:
If you become a client, we also process data needed for the coaching itself (such as your nutrition plan) and for invoicing.
We use your data to respond to your sign-up and schedule an intro call. If you become a client, we also use it to carry out the coaching and invoicing. The legal basis is either your consent (the sign-up form) or the performance of the contract we enter into with you as a client.
We never sell your data. To keep the site and the practice running, we work with the following parties, who process your data solely on our behalf:
This website itself does not place any cookies. We only store your choice from the cookie banner locally in your browser (`localStorage`, not a cookie), so we don’t have to ask again every time. Our visitor statistics work without cookies. Only on the protected login portal for Lily is a single functional session cookie placed. That cookie is unrelated to your visit to the public site.
Sign-ups that don’t lead to a programme are kept for a maximum of 2 years, so we can find you again if you get in touch later. Client data is kept for as long as needed for the coaching, plus the statutory retention period for invoices under Dutch tax law (7 years).
You have the right to access, correct or have your data deleted, and to object to its processing. Please get in touch via lily@bloomhealth.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
