I didn't fall in love with nutrition, but with everything behind it. Because nutrition is rarely just about food. It's about stress, behaviour, emotions, habits, and the way you treat yourself.
That's why, for me, health doesn't start with calories or a perfect meal plan, but with you.

I don't believe in strict diets or endless rules. I believe health emerges when you learn to work with your body instead of fighting against it.
That's why I look beyond nutrition alone. We look at sleep, stress, movement, your nervous system, thoughts and habits. The brain also plays an important role here: it loves predictability, and easily falls back on old patterns because of it.
My goal isn't for you to do everything perfectly. My goal is for you to understand why you do what you do, and know how to help yourself when things get harder for a while.
Together we explore the patterns behind your eating behaviour. You learn to recognise your body's signals better, gain insight into the influence of stress, and discover which beliefs or habits might be holding you back.
We build a lifestyle that isn't about perfection, but about trust, flexibility and self-care.
Where needed, my programme can also involve guidance from a behavioural scientist and therapist. Because sometimes the solution isn't only on your plate.
My interest in nutrition and behaviour also has a personal origin. Among other things, a negative self-image and difficult experiences led me to develop a complicated relationship with food and my body.
During my recovery I discovered that food was never really the problem for me. I had to relearn how to listen to my body, my limits, and the signals from my nervous system.
Therapy meant a great deal to me in that process. That experience shaped my view of health, and taught me that taking good care of yourself isn't about even more discipline — sometimes it's about slowing down, understanding, and listening instead.
My curiosity doesn't stop at nutrition. I love digging into the brain, behaviour, emotions, hormones and the nervous system. At the same time, my guidance always starts with science.
I keep studying research, guidelines and new insights, but I also believe you're not an average from a research group. That's why I combine evidence-based knowledge with your personal situation and what's actually achievable in your life.
In a world full of health claims, supplements, routines and trends, I want to return to the basics. Health doesn't have to be a full-time job.
That's why I started my own online practice: a place with room for nutrition, and for everything that comes with it.
I don't want you to become dependent on a meal plan. I want you to learn to understand yourself — to know what your body needs, and for healthy choices to feel less and less like a struggle.
Not endlessly trying to become the 'best version of yourself', but coming home to who you already always were.
Crash diets work in the short term. Lily focuses on habits you'll keep.

I love working out, I read everything I can find on psychology and behaviour, and I'm just as happy getting lost in a fantasy novel as in a classic.
And then there's my favourite project: my fig tree.
No figs grow on it, only dreams. Every goal, longing and adventure I ever want to experience gets a place on it. I'm someone who gets excited about ten things at once, and I don't really want to change that. My fig tree reminds me that all those dreams are allowed to exist side by side.
